Marketing Research Consultant

As the primary point of contact between June’s Place Café and my team, I took on the responsibility of facilitating communication between the client and my teammates. I ensured smooth project flow by coordinating meetings, discussing incentives, aligning on the research objectives, and maintaining constant communication with the owner. To assess customer retention, brand awareness, service quality, and food quality, we conducted a comprehensive marketing research study.

As part of this project, we developed and distributed a 35-question survey using Qualtrics and social media, gathering insights from respondents in the Rexburg community. We analyzed the data using Excel to identify actionable insights that would enhance the cafe’s customer experience, brand positioning, and service quality. Provided strategic recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts, increasing social media engagement and strengthening local outreach.
