Starting in this role I encountered many challenges, having a personal identity and a social media identity are two different things I had to differentiate to build a page. Starting into making content, I wanted to create engagement without sacrificing authenticity. Maintaining a page that could keep up with trends and exploring new strategies with an open-mind was the key to higher levels of retention and conversion rates.
